~Your Opinion~
Hello to all of you Mom's! I am wanting your opinion about a little girl that I watch. Her name is Phoebe and she is 11 months old. Ok, here it goes. How old was your baby (s) when you started feeding them table food instead of baby food? When did you start giving them regular milk instead of formula? This little girl is the cutest baby. The reason I am asking, her Mom is feeding her table food, such as Macaroni n Cheese (not mashed up) baked beans, pancakes, oranges and so forth. I told her that I was not comfortable feeding her some of these things, afraid of her choking. The Mom told me that if she does, just turn her upside down and spank her butt. I know the Mom loves her, but is wanting her to grow up way to fast. I feel sorry for the baby, afraid she is not getting the nutrition that she needs. She is wanting her to be off of her bottle when she turns 1. I think that is kind of soon, but me not having any kids, just want your opinion. Hope to hear from you!!

~Toth Christmas 2009~
My family had our Christmas on the 26th and had a great time. Love spending time with my family, even though sometimes it can kind of get crazy, especially with 35 people:). We had our Christmas at my brother and sisters fellowship hall in Zanesville, which is a spacious place, a huge gym and then their fireside room. The night consist of talking, playing board games, guys playing basketball, eating of course and opening gifts. For the past several years, the girls buy a gift for a girl and the guys a gift for a guy. Very interesting you might say. A couple highlights this year was all of us singing Christmas Carols, a first I might add. I thought we all sounded pretty good:) The second was, this year was the first time Mom and Dad participated in the Christmas exchange. My nephew Douglas brought a nerf gun, and that went over very well, especially with my nephews. My nephew Andrew is the one that opened that gift and needless to say was very excited. Jonathan (another nephew) stoled it from him and once a gift has been stolen 3 times, is no longer able to be stolen. Well, my Dad decided to "steal" the gun, and fortunate for him, could no longer get taken from Him. When my Dad took this, everyone laughed so hard, because no one saw this coming. Andrew was devestated(sp). Andrew then ended up with sausages, but in the end my Dad did trade back with him. What a great night we had. Didn't end to well for me, left there not feeling well at all. Just glad I made it thru Christmas before that happened.

~Christmas 2009~
This year for Christmas, Tom and I decided to stay at home on Christmas day. I am so glad that we did. We exchanged stockings Christmas Eve, and then opened our gifts Christmas morning. After opening gifts, I fixed a scrumptious breakfast, which was a first, and something that I will continue to do. We had pancakes, scrambles eggs and sausage. After that we just lazed around then that evening, since we were full from breakfast, fixed our Christmas dinner. Leftover ham, noodles, and fresh mashed potatoes corn and rolls, very yummy. We really enjoyed our Christmas and thought that it went by way to fast.

It was my pleasure again this year to host the Bell Christmas. I love having people at my house and being the hostess. Their is 9 of us, and we all had a great time. I was wishing for snow, but that did not happen. We had our Christmas on Christmas Eve, which is always our tradition to do. Our menu consisted of; ham, mashed potatoes, noodles, corn, dressing, 7 layer salad and rolls. It was all very yummy!
