Apple Cinnamon Spice Cake
1 Spice Cake mix1 can apple pie filling

Just follow these simple steps.
1. Pour cake mix into the bowl. Add eggs and pie filling. Mix with spoon.
2. Put a dinner plate over the top of the Large Serving Bowl - or use Bean Pot with lid. Put the bowl into the microwave and cook on high for 15 minutes. If the microwave does not have a carousel, rotate 1/4 turn every three minutes.3. Let cool for 15 minutes - then if you used the large serving bowl - invert onto the dinner plate and serve. If you used the Bean Pot - cool and serve from the Bean Pot.4. Garnish with icing, whipped topping, more pie filling, ice cream or toppings.

BLT Meatloaf
BLT Meatloaf
2 lbs ground beef
1 pkg CH BLT Dip
2 Eggs
½ to 1 cup ketchup
½ sleeve crumbled saltine crackers
Mix all ingredients together and form 2 loaves. Bake in oven 350 for 1 hr or place in microwave 20-25 minutes. Best served in our 9x13 Baker.
