My Crazy Life

This week my life is very crazy. I am working our local Fair, for my Home and Garden Party. I have a booth set up to get parties, bookings and recruits. I have had a couple of girls to help me these two days, but for the rest of the week, I will be on my own from 1oam to 10pm. I guess I really don't mind, but it gets very tiresome. At nights, when I get home from the Fair, I am helping my husband make cornhole bags. He sells these on ebay, and right now we are swamped with orders. He has been doing these for almost 2 years now. Hopefully, next week, my life will get back to normal. I will post pictures later of my booth:)

90% better

Well for the past two weeks, I have been battling a sinus infection. I had lost my voice for a little over a week, and just now able to talk. I am feeling 90% better. Sunday in JR Church, the kids were making fun of me for not being able to talk. They are characters. I have a few days of medication left, and hopefully I will 100% better. Other than being sick, not much is going on in my life right now. Coming in July, I will be very busy and wishing for the slow days of June:)

Silly Nieces and Nephews

My Sisters, Rachel and Julie, were home from VA, and took some of my nieces and nephews to
the park. Also, the kids decided to dress up in Grandma and Grandpa's clothes. Hope you enjoy
the pictures as much as I do.

Mom & Dad's 50th Wedding Anniversary

Yesterday, June 9th, we had Mom and Dad's 50th anniversary party. This was not a surprise for them, since we figured they would expect something. We had it at my Church Fellowship Hall. Everyone had a great time. A time to catch up with relatives and friends that we have not seen in awhile. God has truly blessed my parents tremendously. He gave them 9 awesome children, 3 great son-in-laws, 3 great daughter-in-laws, 13 wonderful grandkids, many nieces and nephews and abundant of friends. In their 50 yrs., they have had their hard times, their ups and downs, but God has always been there for them. A little bit of how they met. Dad was 38 and Mom 24 when they met. My Dad started going to Church, and got saved, and one of Mom's friend, went home from Church and told her that their was a guy that got saved and She needed to meet Him. The next Sunday, Mom showed up at Church, and she said that as soon as she saw Him, God told her that he was the one for Her. They dated for 3 months and got married, May 25th, 1957. I love my parents dearly, and thank God daily for them.
